This project involved the full conversion of a 1970s building into modern apartments, where preserving original ceiling and door heights was non-negotiable. The acoustic solution needed to be both thin and code-compliant, meeting IIC/STC G6 standards without requiring costly structural alterations.
Phonestar Lite was specified for its ultra-slim 21mm profile, allowing installation to be limited to habitable spaces only, excluding bedrooms and striking the perfect balance between performance, practicality, and cost efficiency.
